Hello... I was watching the "Just for laughs gags" TV show, and I saw
the magician (whom they have on every so often), pour salt or sand into
his closed fist. ...He then opened his hand to show the audience that it
was gone. ...He closed his fist once again, and allowed the sand to
trickle out the bottom. ...Does anyone know the name of this trick,
and is it available from penguin? ...Thanks...Jon

If it's not - I have it available. Never used. I just didn't like it once I
got it.
If interested, let me know - I am only looking to get $5.00 plus shipping
($3.85) back from it - so $8.85

Thanks!

It's David Williamson.
Please buy his lecture tape, not the trick from Penguin.

The video "Dave 2" specifically gives a method for vanishing a handful of salt
and having it reappear in a teacup that a spectator has inspected, wiped clean
and covered with a dish that the spectator has also inspected and wiped clean.

The vanish is effective, but the reappearance will baffle anyone who hasn't
seen "Dave 2" (the magician never touches or even approaches the teacup after
it's been covered with the dish).

Best part, it's VERY easy to reset and repeat for walkaround gigs.

It's the ONLY salt-passe trick I still do.

magically yours,
